About Me

Teresita Barreiro, Realtor®, SFR, is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Florida. She has several years of experience and a diverse background of industries and positions.

In her professional journey, she had the opportunity to sale mortgage loans, insurance policies, and brand new vehicles. She created and directed a small family company, and bought and managed real estate properties for investment.

She acquired excellent negotiation, listening, and people skills, giving her an edge in the real estate business.

In 2013 she earned the nationally recognized Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification, given by the National Association of Realtors®. This certification program gave Barreiro training on how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, and limit risk. This program also allows her to stay current on national and state-specific information as the market for these distressed properties evolves.

In 2015 she was certified by Florida Housing Finance Corporation to assist first time home buyers who want to purchase their first home through the Affordable Housing Solution programs offered by the public body.
